As the President of Bent Ericksen & Associates and CRC, Inc., Tim brings over 30 years of practice management and business consulting experience and knowledge specifically in the healthcare field

Mr. Twigg has authored a 100-page workbook/audio program, contributed to two practice management books and is a published author of articles for many major healthcare journals and currently co-authors a regular column in Dental Economics entitled: “Focus on Human Resources”. Tim has presented seminars nationally on Leadership, Practice Management, Human Resources, and Employment Compliance.

Presentations have included State and National Associations, numerous component societies, and study clubs. Tim is part of the management faculty and/or in the speakers’ bureau for: Career Fusion, Seattle Study Club, Jameson Management, and LVI Global. Tim is a past president of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC), a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and VetPartners, the professional consulting associated for the veterinary industry. His expertise extends to leadership and business development, strategic planning & marketing, and communication skills with an emphasis on personnel and employment law compliance.
