Stephanie started in dentistry 15 years ago, learning how to calculate copays and present treatment plans. Upon learning how to enter insurance payments, obtain aging reports, and working with a team to increase collections, she pursued her goal in management.

Since 2017, Stephanie has been overseeing practices on the South Shore of Massachusetts, training patient coordinators, analyzing systems, and finding ways to improve profitability.

She started South Shore Dental Consulting offering front office support. Services include training front desk employees and new managers, evaluating and cleaning up outstanding insurance claims, implementing systems such as recare management, and more.
