With an MBA and more than 30 years of hands-on dental management experience, I founded Baird Dental Business Concepts in 2005. With this combination of education and experience, I can offer general dentists a wide selection of management services. Whether it is team, business, financial, or operational management, my goals are always to reduce stress, risks, and inefficiencies while increasing rewards. I am also passionate about sharing my knowledge and experiences through seminars, articles, and presentations. I attempt to relate relevant examples and meaningful information to dentists and their teams for application in their own practices.
