Pina Johnson

Pina Johnson is a Professional Certified Coach and former Dental Practice Administrator with more than 25 years in the dental field, with a specialized focus on endodontics. Her 18 years in practice management include leading a multi-location, large endodontic practice, where she oversaw more than 40 team members and 11 doctors. That hands-on experience running an endodontic practice gives her a deep, firsthand understanding of the operational, cultural, and human complexities unique to endodontic teams.

Pina’s passion for developing people emerged through her work leading endodontic teams, ultimately inspiring her to pursue formal coach training through the University of California, Davis. After completing the UC Davis program, she went on to earn the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation—the global gold standard for coaching excellence.

She also holds certifications in the Leadership Circle Profile, Group Coaching Facilitation, and Team Coaching, equipping her to support endodontic leaders and teams with a blend of evidence-based frameworks and practical, human-centered tools.

Pina brings a genuine love for dentistry together with a specialized commitment to helping endodontic practices reach their highest potential, blending professional rigor with a deep, personal investment in the people behind the practice.
