Lisa is a Gen X and an IRONMAN! IRONMAN training taught her how to be successful in business communication.
She knows the business of dentistry.
As a dental team coach and professional speaker, her career has been focused on sharing her 30-year clinical and corporate expertise, virtually or live, in diverse cultures that span the globe. She has been employed in dental practices in the US and SE Asia (Singapore) as an office manager, dental assistant, and dental hygienist. Her interactive style empowers dental teams to engage in customizing generational language skills and strategically developing practice communications, to increase profit, performance, and productivity.
Lisa’s dental corporate career began in implantology and paralleled her clinical career as a professional speaker, reporting under: marketing, sales, clinical research, and professional relations spanning 25 years.
In 2017-18 Lisa had the honor of serving as President of the National Speakers Association (NSA), Northwest Chapter.
Lisa received her CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) Award in 2018. Fewer than 12% of global speakers obtain this designation and she is one of three Registered Dental Hygienists internationally that have been recognized.
As a virtual veteran of two decades, Lisa became a Certified Virtual Presenter (CVP) with eSpeakers in 2020.
Her passions in life include: triathlons, snowboarding, swimming and travel.

The Start Line June 26th, 2005, I was about to compete in my first IRONMAN: 2.4-mile swim, cycling 112 miles, finishing with a full marathon, 26.2 miles.
