Kate Reinert has been in dentistry for 18 years. Her experience being a licensed dental assistant makes her an expert in clinical workflow.
She helps dental teams become happier, safer, and more efficient. I do this by coaching dental teams on the importance of lean clinical workflow, material and instrument management, and storage optimization. Many teams believe they are organized but they aren’t efficient.
