Empowering people is her passion! With over 33 years administrative and clinical experience in the dental industry and a collaborative approach that yields continued positive results for doctors and their teams.

As a dedicated and accomplished dental practice management consultant and coach, certified massage therapist, dental practice business broker, commercial realtor®, and member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants she is committed to the success and well-being of the global dental community.

In 2009 she founded Dental Consulting Group, Inc., to facilitate the local and national dental community with bridging the gaps in relation to the business aspects of dentistry and through to the quality of total patient care.

Throughout Julie’s life-long commitment to the continued development of the dental industry, she has the opportunity to work in several disciplines of dentistry including; General Dentistry, Endodontics, Orthodontics and TMJ Disorders, Periodontics, multi-specialty practice(s), and practices with multiple practice locations.

Recently she created and is the sponsor for the Dental Office Administrative Specialist apprenticeship program with ApprenticeshipNC and is set to go national within 12 months.
